EXXELL B.V. services are invoiced in euros. EU business clients: Intra-community B2B services are invoiced under the VAT reverse charge mechanism in accordance with Directive 2006/112/EC. EU individual clients: B2C services are subject to the OSS (One-Stop Shop) regime with application of the VAT of the client's country. Applicable law: Dutch law. Competent courts: Courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
